Daily schedule
5:25 : Wake up, little toilet, morning sutras. Zazen. Cleaning. Breakfast.
7:30 : Tea
8:30 : temple work (sweeping the garden, cleaning the windows, take off bad weeds…)
9:30 : Free time
Free time is from 9:30 to 17:00. Please be back from 16:00 to 17:00. Besides you have to be out between 7:00 to 11:00, except If you wish, you are welcome to stay at the temple to help in the temple’s activity (field work, gardening,…).
17:00: Time to be back at the temple
18:00: Dinner
After dinner : Evening sutras, and then zazen
19:00 : Bath time / free time. You can read, copy sutras or do zazen on your own.
21:30 : Get ready to sleep.
All lights off.
